We want you to be happy with your order. Refunds and returns are available on a case-by-case basis for genuine reasons. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but if shipping delays occur, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note: Returns are only accepted if less than 80% of the transfers have been used. Full returns are not possible once the majority of the order is consumed.
